Nikkei Ramen-ya prioritizes sourcing ingredients locally, supporting hyper-local farms, and utilizing the rich resources of the Salish Sea, as well as partnering with pork and poultry producers from south Vancouver Island and orchards from the Okanagan. Their noodles are crafted from premium wheat grown on the Canadian Prairies, and they source beer, cider, and sake from local artisans.
