We grew up hiking, biking, swimming and paddling in the most beautiful place in the world: Hornby Island, British Columbia. We were fueled by Irah’s mother’s homemade energy balls as we headed out into nature. Not much has changed. We are a bit older, but we are still making Hornby Organic Energy Bars based on the same simple recipe she came up with over 25 years ago.
