Gerard’s Specialty Foods Ltd. was started in 2012 by Master Pastry Chef Gerard Burg and his family. Our recipes are 60 years old; we don’t use preservatives, additives, or supplements.
We are known for our Puff Pastry, fruit strudels, and beef rolls.
Country Grocer Lake Cowichan was our first customer.
