Strawberry Oat Milkshake

Super simple, healthy and delicious! This smoothie is meant to replace an ice cream laden sugar loaded milkshake. The oats when pureed into the milk seem to replicate the creaminess of ice cream and with a touch of honey, it’s great. Give it a try!
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender and puree until very smooth.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
Variations
- You can use other frozen fruits to make this smoothie. Blueberries, rasperries and blackberries are all great.
