Moringa Vanilla Yogurt Bowl

Moringa is a crazy super food and the nutrient profile found in moringa powder is so powerful. It is also potent in flavour, so I like recommend mixing in a small amount and add more a little more if you are digging it. This is a simple, clean and nutritious snack or mini meal if you are in a hurry.

  1. Stir the moringa powder in the yogurt and stir until well dissolved in a bowl.
  2. Defrost the strawberries overnight in the fridge or in the microwave if you are using frozen strawberries.  During the summer months, is when fresh strawberries are best, so use them if you can get them.
  3. Place the strawberries on top of the yogurt and sprinkle the cocoa nibs on top.
  4. Serve and enjoy this nutritious snack.

Variations

Use plain yogurt and sweeten lightly yourself with maple syrup to get a lower sugar option.
