Fruit Salsa
- Prep time 15 mins
Leave a Review
It doesn’t matter if you call it a finely chopped fruit salad or a fruit salsa, everyone you make it for will call it good. With a hint of ginger (instead of the traditional jalapeños) it’s a salsa the whole family can enjoy with chips for a snack,
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir until ingredients are evenly distributed. Store in fridge for 2 hours to chill and merry flavours.
Variations
- Peach, apple, pineapple and papaya are great substitutions for the fruits used in this recipe
- Freshly chopped jalapeños mint or cilantro are a great addition to this salsa
- As a meal, this goes well on with chicken or favourite seafood. For dessert serve with French vanilla yogurt or ice cream. And for an afternoon snack or breakfast serve with cottage cheese.
