This smoothie is refreshing, full of flavour and drinking this appleishious smoothie once a day will keep the doctor away! Not only is there an apple, but a huge boost of calcium in the dairy and some oats to give you a nice slow burn of energy.

Variations
- Make this smoothie into a balanced meal by adding some vanilla protein powder or a serving of cottage cheese and a serving of fish oil!
- You could get really creative and make a small batch of this recipe and use in place of apple sauce for your favourite pork dish.
