Assistant Produce Manager- Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with leading a hard-working team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource
• Foster a fun and positive environment focused on customer service
• Train, develop, and support team members, recognizing achievements and helping future leaders grow
• Share important messages and updates with the team
• Ensure we have the right amount of fresh produce, maintaining stock counts and displays

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in retail leadership and customer service (bonus points if you’ve worked with produce before!)
• A passion for great food and produce as well as a love for helping customers
• A strong work ethic and a “let’s get it done” attitude
• Open availability, ready to jump in for 40 hours per week
