Dairy Supervisor-Full-Time

Country Grocer Cedar is looking to welcome a new full-time Dairy Supervisor to our team! If you’re good with people and care about making an impact, we want to hear from you! Schedule Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, and weekends for 36 hours/week

Some of what you will do:

• Provide exemplary customer service to both our internal and external customers
• Handle all customer complaints in a positive and professional manner
• Supervise and train Team Members and ensure that all duties and responsibilities are carried out
• Order stock from suppliers
• Stock shelves, rotate and face products, build displays
• Ensure that high standards are set and maintained for all safety issues
• Perform other duties as required

Experience and Education:

• Minimum of 2 years in grocery leadership or 3 years of grocery experience
• Previous Diary experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely bend, twist and lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of scheduled shift
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures
