What You’ll Do:
- Assist with leading a hard-working team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource
- Foster a fun and positive environment focused on customer service
- Train, develop, and support team members, recognizing achievements and helping future leaders grow
- Share important messages and updates with the team
- Ensure we have the right amount of fresh produce, maintaining stock counts and displays
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail leadership and customer service (bonus points if you’ve worked with produce before!)
- A passion for great food and produce as well as a love for helping customers
- A strong work ethic and a “let’s get it done” attitude
- Open availability, ready to jump in for 40 hours per week
